Within her artistic practice, Cook considers the opportunistic characteristic that the flora of the living world possesses. That it has the inherent ability to overcome. This living world that surrounds us as humans has the resilience, and persistent tenacity, to overcome the boundaries that have been set by the anthropocentric landscape; it is the lines set by these boundaries that Cook strives to blur.
